Description: A Planned Community Implementation Plan, Zoning Ordinance Text
Amendment, Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment and Development Agreement for the
Spring Rock Planned Community, which will include approximately 2,775 residences and
362,000 square feet of commercial space on 762 acres generally located along Tenmile Creek
Road between the New York Canal and Cole Road within Sections 14, 15, 23, and 24 of
Township 2N, Range 1E. Also, a preliminary plat for the first phase of the development
consisting of 621 lots.
