To whom it may concern,
We are requesting the vacation of an existing water easement at the NE corner of 1911 S Wells Ave,
Meridian, ID 83642 (Lot 5, Block 3,Gramercy Sub No. 1).The 8 inch water stub that was located within
this easement has been abandoned and/or removed per a phone conversation with Kyle Radek at the city
of Meridian.The property is instead server by a water stub at the SE corner of the site.
To our knowledge, no people or entities shall be affected by this utility vacation.
