The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) appreciates the opportunity to provide comments regarding the planned
development located on the northwest quadrant of 1-84 and Meridian Rd. Please see the below comments:
1. This project abuts I-84
2. Direct access to the State Highway system has not been requested with this development.
3. Based on ITD's Traffic Impact Study Acceptance Letter from 01/22/2022, ITD has no objection to the proposed
development as long as the development does not exceed the number of anticipated site trips identified in the
TIS.
4. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
5. The Idaho Administrative Procedures Act (IDAPA) 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway
system. The applicant may contact Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD's Headquarters Right -of -Way Section

ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of any submitted documentation.
