RE: Conditional Use Permit for Lot 8, Block I located in the Silverstone Corporate
Center on Eagle Road and Overland Road.
Please find attached the required Conditional Use Permit Submittal for the two Drive-thru
buildings located on lot eight, block one of the Silverstone Subdivision.
The Owner is requesting approval of the Conditional Use Permit to allow for two Drive-
thru buildings and the two buildings to be located on the same lot. The two buildings are
to include a single Drive-thru window each.
The two buildings proposed, will have the same design concept and will be similar in
nature to those in the surrounding park. The Landscaping will be professionally designed
and will comply with the new landscape ordinance. The buildings will both have Exterior
Insulation Finish System, and will be earth tone in colors. The roof will be hidden behind
the parapets of both buildings, The exterior lighting will be done from both parking lot
poles and from the building.
Please consider this to be our detailed introductory letter for the application. We look
forward to working with you on the two proposed Drive-thru buildings. Please call with
your questions or concerns.
