In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11-5A-6, I
personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted on August 7, 2023 ,
which is at least ten(10)days prior to the scheduled public hearing for a development agreement
modification for the Sessions Parkway development(H-2023-0030)

Inst,#2022-0338311 to allow one Ill building permit to be obtained prior to recordation
of the plat and allowance for submittal of a Certificate of Zoning Compliance and
Design Review application for subsequent proposed uses prior to recordation of the
plat;and request for Council approval of a reduction of the buffer requirement in the C-0 district to residential uses to the east from 25-feet to a minimum of 8-feet
