The project consists of a single 4-story hotel structure, with 124 guest rooms and a trash enclosure to serve the hotel. Echo is located at 2700 N. Eagle Road (Parcel ID S1104233650) in the eastern half of the parcel. Careful O site planning is used to aggregate required vehicular circulation and residential setbacks into large, usable U landscape buffer zones. This combination provides high quality, high durability finishes as well as continuous exterior insulation, reducing energy usage.
