PROJECT NARRATIVE IBIZ=
Project Overview Project Echo is an extended stay hotel. The project
consists of a single 4-story hotel structure, with 124
guest rooms and a trash enclosure to serve the hotel.
Echo is located at 2700 N. Eagle Road (Parcel ID
S1104233650) in the eastern half of the parcel. Careful O
site planning is used to aggregate required vehicular
circulation and residential setbacks into large, usable U
landscape buffer zones. LU p=

1. relate the project down pedestrian scale and soften its V L0 ~

2. provide separation to residential properties and 171

- 3. soften the experience and encourage pedestrian C)
connections to businesses to the north and existing and a N
(� future trail systems to the south,
4. contributing to the containment of parking lot lighting
to the on-property parking area, and
5. to reduce unwanted heat gain to the east-and west-
presenting facades of the hotel.

6. Increase ventilation safety of ground-floor PTAC units
and exhaust from adjacent vehicles.
= Fagade materials: The Echo is planned to utilize a
-- - combination of stucco over exterior insulation and
architectural metal shiplap paneling. This combination
provides high quality, high durability finishes as well as
continuous exterior insulation, reducing energy usage.
