Good morning. I wanted to inform you that the applicant for the previously referenced development has submitted a
request to withdraw their application. City Council will act on the request at their August 22 meeting. The application
will still appear on the October 3, 2023 agenda with a note that the application was withdrawn. There will be no future
noticing for the application, and no public hearing will take place. If a new application is submitted in the future, you will
be notified following all legal noticing requirements. Should you have any questions, you should contact the Planning
Division at 208-884-5533.

Subject: Public Hearing - Linder Village MDA H-2023-0005
Good afternoon. You are receiving this email because you provided comments regarding the above referenced
application. This email is to inform you that the public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, June 27 cannot take
place as scheduled due to a noticing error. At the City Council meeting on Tuesday, June 27 at 6:00 pm, City
Council will set a date for the continued hearing. Please note that there will not be updated newspaper or
mailed noticing. We will ask the City Council to direct the applicant to correct the noticing deficiency on the
posting of signs at the application site. Information related to the application can be found at this link.
While you are welcome to attend the meeting, please note that there will be no public testimony heard. You
can also view the meeting live at https://meridiancity.org/live.
