CURRENT OR FUTURE RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL BE RE-EXCAVATED TO
NATIVE SOIL AND BACKFILLED WITH STRUCTURAL FILL PER ISPWC
SPECIFICATIONS. PROVIDE SOILS DATA TO VERIFY NATIVE MATERIAL
