SPECIAL MEETING MERIDIAN CITY COUNCIL
MAY 8, 1990
Special Meeting of the Meridian City Council called to order by Mayor Grant Kingsford
at 7: 00 p.m.:
Members Present: Ron Tolsma, Bert Myers, Bob Giesler, Max Yerrington:
Others Present: Wayne Crookston:
Mayor Kingsford: The purpose of this Special Meeting is as was posted to take action
on the Winston Moore Rezone Findings of Fact & Conclusions of Law and to consider and
take action on the rezone Ordinance for the property described in their application:
Council Members, you have had the Findings of Fact & Conclusions of Law, is there~-
discussion or questions? If not I would entertain a motion.
The Motion was made by Tolsma and seconded by Myers that the Meridian City Council
hereby adopts & approves the Findings of Fact & Conclusions of Law as prepared:

Mayor Kingsford: The next item would be to take action or Ordinance #527, An Ordinance
Amending & Changing the Zoning of certain real property in the City of Meridian which
is generally described as a portion of Section 18, in To:.mship 3 North, Range 1, East
Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho; and providing an effective date, is there anyone
in the audience who wishes Ordinance #527 read in its entirety? There was no response.
The Motion was made by Giesler and seconded by Myers that the rules & provisions of
50-902 and all rules and provisions requiring that Ordinances be read on three
different be dispensed with and that Ordinance Number 527 as read be passed and
approved:

This being a Special Meeting and these the only items noticed for consideration and
action the Motion was made by Myers and seconded by Tolsma to adjourn at 7: 05 P.M.:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a special meeting at 7:""Ou
o'clock p.m.,
Tuesday, May 8, 1990, at the Meridian City H.:ill, 33 East Idaho
Street, Meridian, Idaho. The purpose of said meeting is to
consider and take action on the Winston Moore Rezone Finding of
Facts and Conclusions of Law and to consider and take action on
a rezone ordinance, of a portion of the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 18, 1. 3N., R. IE., B.M., Ada County, Idaho, from (C-C)
Community Business District to (I.L.) Light Industrial, or (C-G)
General Retail and Service Commercial, for a nevI regional
facility for ARNOLD MACHINERY.
