The proposed subdivision completed the review of a Traffic Impact Study (TIS) with ITD, and per the department’s
response from April 10, 2023, the department finds the development’s TIS acceptable with the following conditions:
Interim Intersection Improvements
At the intersection of Meridian Road (SH-69) and Amity Road, the Developer shall design and
construct eastbound and westbound right-turn lanes.
ITD Development Condition Memos and Acceptance letters are valid for a period of one year after issuance. After which,
ITD has the right to require new trip counts to be collected and an updated TIS be submitted to ITD.
