Record Of Survey
1. Research record data ACHD, Ada County and City of Meridian
2. Preliminary calculations, create AutoCAD drawing file and upload search coordinates to
receiver
3. Boundary Survey— Per Idaho Code—Tie out land corners and all property corners necessary to
determine boundary. Tie out the existing building and utilities.
4. Set all property corners
5. Prepare Record of Survey (18"X27") per I.C. Show existing structure and easements as
reflected on Title Insurance Policy.
6. Record ROS with Ada County and provide client PDF of recorded survey
Total $2,825
Note: This proposal includes ALL mileage, material and recording expenses associated with the
Record of Survey.
Our estimated fee to perform the work described-above is two thousand eight hundred twenty five dollars ($2,825.00).
Should it appear that our costs may exceed our estimate, we will contact you for approval to proceed.
Work on this project will commence immediately upon receipt of a signed copy of this proposal. Payment for services is
due at completion. We anticipate completion of these services within 15 working days after receipt of a signed copy of this
Professional Service Proposal.
