Dear Mr Berg,
Thank you for taking the time today to hear my concerns regarding the
expansion of the pond on number one fairway of the Lakeview Golf
Course.
As we discussed, this stems from the fact of a possible seepage or en-
croachment of water which might affect my property. This was prompted
as this problem having occurred a year or two ago to my neighbors on the
south side of this pond. The result was rock and other materials dumped
on the shore line to impede the encroachment.
I would like to add that Mr. Dick Davis, the lessee of the course, has done a
magnificent job in improvements to the course. He is to be commended.
