The Kingstown Subdivision is located on approximately 8.2 acres at 2610 E Jasmine Ln (the "Project Site"). Phase 1 of Kingstown has been designed to include 17 buildable lots for single- family detached homes and 4 common lots. The development includes 15.0% qualified open space with attractive amenities throughout. The design of the subdivision is in conformance with all requirements and provisions of the UDC and with acceptable local engineering and survey practices and local standards. The final plat is in substantial conformance with the preliminary plat and zoning (xxxxxxxxx).
