Dear Mr. Hood:
The final plat, plans and application for the Kingstown Subdivision Phase 1 are attached for your review
and approval. The Kingstown Subdivision is located on approximately 8.2 acres at 2610 E Jasmine Ln
(the "Project Site"). Phase 1 of Kingstown has been designed to include 17 buildable lots for single-
family detached homes and 4 common lots. The development includes 15.0% qualified open space
with attractive amenities throughout. The design of the subdivision is in conformance with all
requirements and provisions of the UDC and with acceptable local engineering and survey practices
and local standards.
The final plat is in substantial conformance with the preliminary plat and zoning (xxxxxxxxx).
Other project reference numbers are:
• Annexation: Ord. #20-1900, recorded as Inst. #2020-138111
• Development Agreement: Inst. #2020-138110
