Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) currently has a Land Use Change Application
along with Landscape Plans on file, for the project mentioned above. NMID will withhold
further comment until our review is complete.
The Districts Creason Lateral courses along the west boundary. The Districts easement for the Creason
Lateral at this location is a minimum of sixty feet (60') total, twenty feet (20') left and forty feet (40')
right facing downstream. The Districts Kellogg Drain courses through this property as well. The
Districts easement for the Kellogg Drain at this location is a minimum of sixty feet (60') total, forty feet
(40') left and twenty feet (20') right facing downstream.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained onsite. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
