1 st AMENDMENT TO
AMERICORP YOUTH COORDINATOR AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT to the Original Agreement, ~pproved. by the City Council
on January 3rd, 2006 by and between THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, an Idaho municipal
corporation, (hereinafter refelTed to as "CITY") of 33 E. Idal10 Ave., Meridian, Idallo
83642 and Franklin L. 'Bud' Henthorn (hereinafter referred to as "HENTHORN") of
1296 N. Golfview Way, Meridian, Idah.o, 83642. The original Agreement .between these
parties is herein incorporated by reference. All provisions of the Original Agreement .not
amend.ed by tb.is Alnended Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
The parties agree to amend Paragraph 5 of the Original Agreement regarding
Compensation. The pa11ies agree to the following change as incorporated below:
Compensation: .HENTHORN s11all be compensated as the Americorp Youth
Coordinator and related services in furtherance oftbis stated goal and objective
pursuant to and specified in attached Exhibit "A." HENTHORN will be .paid a
monthly stipend for June, July, and August of2006, from the City of Meridian in
the amou.nt of $843462 (eight hundred and forty-three dollars an.d sixty-two ce.nts)
four dollars alld t\ycnt)' fi~IC cents ($1 ~25) .per hour not to exceed seT/en thO:lsand,
t'fl'YO l1undred and tv/enty five dollars ($7225.00) for the fiscal year '06. 6f--6fle

agreement
HENTHORN will also be e.ntitled to su.b.mit mileage claims related to the
.performan.ce of this agreement mo.nthly to the City for reimbursement at the
Cll.rrent IRS rate.
This Anlendulent sh.all.not become effective or binding until approved by the City
of Meridian.
