PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on
Thursday.August 17.2023 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall,33
E.Broadway Ave.Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the following
request(s):
H-2023-0031 Windrow Neighborhood Annexation of
46.133 acres of land with an R-8 zoning district and an ad-
ditional 19.967 acres already annexed as R-8 (66.1 acres to-
tal), Preliminary Plat consisting of 251 single-family residen-
tial building lots, one (1) existing home and 40 common lots,
located at the NW corner of S. Linder Rd and W.Amity Rd.
