Providing they don’t encroach over the 5 feet NMID will be good with the 4 building pads, the plans showed the lots but
not the building pads on the other 3, on the plans we had, but we will allow it if he follows through with the license
agreement.

The attached looks like what we approved, has the same P.E. date, however the required license agreement with NMID
has not been finalized and is still needing to be completed by the developer.
