BARGAIN AND SALE DEED
THIS DEED Is made and delivered by ECKHARDT PROPERTIES — LEWISTON, LLC,
an Idaho limited liability company, ("Grantor") to ECKHARDT PROPERTIES, LLC, an Idaho
limited liability company, whose current address is 1706 N Whitley Drive, Fruitland, ID 83619
("Grantee")
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for good and valuable consideration, and the mutual
agreements, covenants and conditions by and between Grantor and Grantee does hereby
bargain, sell and convey to Grantee, its heirs and assigns, all of Grantor's right, title and interest
in and to the certain parcels of land located at 3149 W Quintale Drive, in the City of Meridian,
County of Ada, State of Idaho, and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Parcel I
Lot 68 in Block 10 of BRIDGETOWER CROSSING SUBDIVISION NO. 7, according to the plat
thereof, filed in Book 92 of Plats at Pages 10918 through 10919, Record of Ada County, Idaho.
And
Parcel II
Lot 69 in Block 10 of BRIDGETOWER CROSSING SUBDIVISION NO. 7, according to the plat
thereof, filed in Book 92 of Plats at Pages 10918 through 10919, Records of Ada County, Idaho.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion conveyed to Ada County Highway District by Warranty
Deed recorded December 16, 2019 as Instrument No. 2019-126408, Records of Ada County,
Idaho.
I ugeiher with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder
and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof.
