Good morning, Stacy. Thank you for sending over the staff report. We have read through it and have a couple comments. 1. The Owner wants the report to be clear that this site is part of the overall Stapleton community. It is a lot in Stapleton Sub. 2. It is our understanding, and was confirmed during the pre-app, that no additional amenities are required for this lot. All the open space and amenities are provided in the overall development. Are you simply wanting some sort of confirmation that they are done, or what is the intent of the comment here? 1 Thanks, Stacy.
