Hi,
I am unable to attend the public meeting tomorrow but would like to voice my concerns of the changes.
While there are many reasons I'm opposed to specifics of the new request, my objection can be
summarized: there have been so many requests to change over the course of the dragged-out process that (a)
we're deviating from what we were originally promised (which had the citizens, families, and our lovely
community at the heart of the development) and (b) homeowners and local citizens are \[yet again\] being
forced to carry the burden of reconciling what was promised against what's being proposed, which has always
been a step-down. This has been a bait and switch at every step, ensuring residents aren't able to keep-up
with the applicant's legion.
I suggest the applicant get their plan tightened-up and re-engage with the community.
