I understand the Linder Village modification plan is up for a hearing on July 18th.
What is the process for us to either write a letter or speak our opposition to this?

An application was submitted for Linder Village (H-2023-0005) to amend the concept development plan
for the development but it hasn’t yet been deemed complete. Once it has been, it will be scheduled for
a public hearing and you will receive notice if you’re within 500’ of the property boundary. If not, there
will be a public hearing notice sign posted on the property and a notice will be published in the
newspaper and on Nextdoor.

I am not sure that we even have a live application on the project you are referring too as Paramount
500+ apartments. I have included our planning team on this email, so that they can help decipher if this
is an active project.

City Council meets once a week except if there is a 5 Tuesday in the month. Usually on Land Use
Applications, the planners will speak as to what the project is asking, the developer speaks and then
public comments can be heard too. I am not sure if that helps you answer your question about “inclusive
list of speakers.”

I don’t see the 500+ apartment proposal (the north side of Orchard Park Dr) on the agenda for this
month. The developers showed us (Paramount) their proposal in December and I don’t want to miss
their city council appearance.
Does the monthly agenda reflect an inclusive list of speakers?
