Sonya, Hot of the presses. Please refer to the attached plans that address the additional information that has been required. Overview: 1. We have shown the split rail type fencing along the south property lines and separating the "Bentley" parcel. We are requesting approval of black coated chain link fencing along the east, west, and north property lines because of security issues. A split rail solution at those locations will just not be feasible due to security and safety of the students. We feel that utilizing a black coated chain link solution will elevate the design from just a standard fence and also provide the security that is required for the school. 2. Sheet L1.50 shows examples of all fencing types and landscape solutions. 3. Sheet L1.03 Phasing Plan details the two different phases and what will be included in each. We do want to request from City Council that we don't have to extend the sidewalks and landscaping beyond the Construction Limits of the second phase until the 20 acres are improved. That area will continue to be farmed and having equipment drive over and around sidewalk and landscape features will not be possible. Damage to those improvements would certainly be a factor and money would be spent in vain. This is the same request for the 4.25 acres along McMillan Road. 4. The other item that I want to make sure everyone is on the same page is the approval from ACHD that Ersatz and Owyhee Storm will only be improved to the 1/2 road section on CVCS property with Phase 2, but will extend to the north property line. The remaining road section and improvements would be completed by the adjacent landowners / developers with future projects. Thanks Sonya - let us know if you have any questions or comments.
