1. This Affidavit is made with respect to the Quitclaim Deed recorded as Ada
County instrument no. 2023-032730.
2. This Affidavit is filed pursuant to Idaho Code section 55-816, and upon recording
thereof, this Affidavit shall constitute a part of the record of title to the real property to which it
relates.
3. PS Mountain West, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of
the State of Delaware, whose address is 701 Western Avenue, Suite 200, Glendale, California, is
the Grantor of the original Ada County instrument no. 2023-032730.
4. City of Meridian, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of
Idaho, whose address is 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, is the Grantee of the original
Ada County instrument no. 2023-032730.
5. I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and certify that the following errors
appear in the original Ada County instrument no. 2023-032730 and should be replaced
