Commencing at a Brass Cap monument marking the northwest corner of said NW '/4 of the NE
'/4, from which an Aluminum Cap monument marking the northeast corner of the NE % of said

Thence along the northerly boundary of said NW '/ of the NE '/4 S 89014'44" E a distance of
