Please deny The Conditional Use Permit for The Orchard Park Development.
Orchard Park development has a history of one thing being approved and another being
the end result.
The density is too great for the space.
Our city budget is stretched with less money than they need to accommodate our current
student population.
Linder Road has traffic at a standstill currently during commute times between Chinden and
State Street.
