The signs shall be posted securely on the land being considered along each roadway that is adjacent to the subject property boundaries. The sign(s) shall be located on the property, outside of the public right-of-way. If the sign cannot be placed on the property and s?ll be clearly visible, the sign may be placed within the right-of-way if consent of the owner of the right-of-way can be obtained. In circumstances where placing signs per the standards listed herein is not prac?cal the director may iden?fy an alterna?ve sign placement strategy. th Please request a con?nuance to July 11 (the next available hearing) due to the site not being posted correctly and re- post the site at least 10 days prior to the hearing. In order to comply with the UDC standard for pos?ng, please post signs in the following loca?ons: Midway on the property along Linder Rd., midway on the property along W.
