Dear Neighbor:
You are cordially invited to attend an informational neighborhood meeting for the property located at
the address referenced above (subject property area is also highlighted in red below). Currently the
site is zoned R-15 (Medium high-density residential district). We will be presenting applications to
the City of Meridian to develop a multi-family apartment project similar to what was previously
approved with the overall subdivision. Currently, we are planning for(5)two-story buildings,with
(19)three-bedroom units and 58 parking spaces (3.0 per unit).

The meeting will be held Thursday,May 4, 2023, at 6:00 pm, at the site. Please keep in mind that
this is not a public hearing, and public officials will not be present.
