To whom is may concern,
This email is regarding the effort to build a 5-story apartment building in Orchard Park. After reviewing the Development
Agreement Modification H- 2023- 0005 submitted by CSHQA,
I must strongly voice my disagreement with the proposal to construct a Five Story, 500+ Apartment on lots 12 & 13 of
the Linder Village subdivision.
Although this proposed Apartment is residential, it is clearly NOT proportional, it does not fit in with the community,
which surrounding buildings and neighborhoods are no higher than a 2 story.
I understand you just approved 146 units right next to paramount already- you need to stop making concessions and
changes for the builders and focus more on protecting the community that you are supposed to be guiding.
It is time for our elected and appointed City Leaders to put their constituents first, and insist that those wishing to
develop our community, comply to the growth guidelines in our comprehensive plan.
