FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
This matter coming on regularly before the City Council on the March 20,
2001, upon the Applicant's time application for a one (l) year extension within
which to submit the Final Development Plan as provided in § 11-9-604 F 2., and the
time application was denied with good cause appearing:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
The above named Applicant is denied a one (1) year extended period of time
within which to submit the Final Development Plan for the above entitled
subdivision application.
