Hello Liz, I am writing to you as a homeowner in Meridian to implore you not to approve the conditional use permit for Linder Village which would allow the developer to build a 500+ unit multi-story, high-density apartment building on Chinden Boulevard near Paramount. The pace of high density building in Meridian, particularly on high traffic thoroughfares like Chinden Boulevard is unsustainable and citizens throughout the city are becoming increasingly upset about the pace of growth the City Council has approved. Please do not allow the developer of the next phase of Orchard Park to proceed with this sort of development. It will only greatly exacerbate the issues posed by the significant increase in commercial development in the same area. Homeowners throughout the city will be watching how the City Council votes on this with great interest. 1 Thank you, Serena Gallenstein 2
