Dear City Council, Planning Committee, or who it may concern, I'm emailing to share that I adamantly disagree with the proposed 5-story complex proposed in the Development Agreement modification H-2023-0005 by CSHQA in the Orchard Park by Winco and the Meridian North Library. A five- story complex would be detrimental to this area of Meridian and not in line with what was previously planned. This apartment complex could house up to 2000 people and would cause massive congestion in an already busy area. It would completely overcrowd schools and reduce the quality of life for all types of people living in this area, from retirees to single people and families. There was already an approved medium-density plan, and you should stick with the original plan. Also, this type of apartment would need zoning changes in a C-C zone. There are already many apartment complexes and diverse types of housing in this area, and we don't need a massive new complex. Please vote not to approve this proposal and stick with the current plan. Kind regards, Noal Fisher 208-559-2534 744 W Kingsley St. Meridian, ID 83646 1
