Hello, I'm writing to express that I strongly disagree with the 5 story apartment complex proposed in the Development Agreement Modification H-2023-0005, in the Orchard Park Village development. Please deny the conditional use permit for this 500+ multi-family unit until the developer can submit solid plans that respect medium density zoning. I value community development that allows for different types of homes, house, townhouses, and apartments, but 5 stories is completely out of line for this area of Meridian. Please do not allow such a high density development to occur. Please stop allowing this area zoned for medium density to be steamrolled by developers plans that are high density. That square mile, between Chinden, Mcmillan, Meridian, and Linder already has several multi-family housing options and should be enough or at the very least a guide for what any new multi-family units should look like. Let's ensure community building occurs in a cohesive manner that makes Meridian a desirable city. Thank you for your time, Wendy Fisher 1
