RE. Pollard Subdivision—TECC-2023-0001
Dear Mayor Simison and Meridian City Council:
We appreciate your consideration of this time extension for Pollard Subdivision (TECC-2023-0001). The
City Council approved the Pollard Subdivision No. 1 final plat (FP-2022-0023), and landscape plans, on
September 27,2022, and adopted the findings on October 11, 2022. We agree to comply with those
adopted final plat findings.
Since Council's approval,we have received approved construction plans, initiated onsite development,
and anticipate its completion later this year. The final plat has been signed by Central District Health,
and is currently at ACHD awaiting signature.
This time extension has been requested because we have yet to obtain the City Engineer's signature.
We request that we be allowed to complete Pollard Subdivision No. 1—with the landscape plans
approved by the October 11, 2022 adopted findings.
We agree with the Conditions of Approval except for IX.3, which requires an update of the approved
landscape plans. With Council concurrence,Condition No. 3 should be deleted:

Thus, approval of the time extension is requested with the proposed deletion of Condition IX.3.
