Blue Frog, LLC is partnering with our client, SR J Smith,to build a single story, 3,100 sqft veterinary
hospital.This will be a general veterinary practice offering examinations, wellness visits, surgery, dental
and x-ray procedures.There will be no animal boarding at the facility. We are proposing 2 wooden
privacy fenced areas to ensure animal safety.These areas will be used to walk hospital patients in a safe
environment and prevent escape and/or injury to the animals. We are requesting approval of the
conditional use for a veterinary hospital.
