It is very upsetting to see that the Developer of Orchard Park has applied for a permit to
build 500 4 story muti-unit apartments bordering Paramount.
Please deny this conditional use permit!!! This is a common ploy among developers in
Meridian to get increased units approved after the fact.
As I recall Townhomes were originally planned & approved for this location. The growth in this
area is excessive & the additional traffic it will create will effect the quality of life in Northwest
Meridian. (Linder & Chinden) We already have overcrowded intersections due to
growth/school traffic at McMillan & Meridian, Meridian & Producer no 4 way stop dangerous
at peak hours, Linder & McMillan.
