Dear Brad:
This is a formal request for a one-year time extension on the preliminary and final plat of
Resolution Subdivision No 2, The City Council approved a time extension for phase one on
October 2, 2001. This development was stalled while waiting for a greater commitment from
ACHD for infrastructure improvements and right-of-way acquisition.
We respectfully request placement of this item on the next City Council agenda for their
consideration.
