Hi Allison,
I think you may be referring to the Development Agreement modification application (H-
2023-0005) that's currently in process to amend the previously approved conceptual
development plan to include multi-family residential uses. A conditional use permit has not
yet been submitted. If that is correct and you'd like to submit comments on that application,
please send them to the City Clerk, copied on this email.
Thanks,

I am writing as a concerned citizen who lives in Paramount Subdivision. I am asking you to
deny the conditional permit for multi-family use in Orchard Park. It will cause overcrowding in
our school zone. What else do we need to do to ensure the permit does not go through?
Sincerely,
Concerned resident
Allison Krieger
