A parcel being a portion of the S 'h of the N '/z of Section 25, Township 3 North, Range 1 West,
Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an Aluminum Cap monument marking the southwest corner of the N '/2 of said
Section 25, from which an Aluminum Cap monument marking the northeast corner of said N '/2
bears N 0037'16" E a distance of 2651.67 feet;
Thence along the westerly boundary of said N '/z N 0037'16" E a distance of 1326.02 feet to an
Aluminum Cap monument marking the northwest corner of the S '/z of said N '/z of Section 25;
Thence along the northerly boundary of said S '/2 of the N '/2, also being the southerly boundary
of Edgehill Subdivision No. 2 as shown in Book 120 of Plats on Pages 18687 through 18699,
records of Ada County, Idaho, and partially along the southerly boundary of Kentucky Ridge
Estates South Subdivision, as shown in Book 113 of Plats on Pages 16776 through 16779,
records of Ada County, Idaho, S 89°22'59" E (formerly S 89023'16" E) a distance of 1619.88 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing along the northerly boundary of said S 'h of the N '/2, also being the southerly
boundary of said Kentucky Ridge Estates South Subdivision, the southerly boundary of Kentucky
Ridge Estates Subdivision, as shown in Book 70 of Plats on Pages 7191 through 7192, Ada
County records, and the southerly boundary of Kentucky Ridge Estates Subdivision No. 2, as
