Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above referenced
application as it lies outside of our district boundaries. Please contact Mack Myers with
Settlers Irrigation, at 20&344-2471, P.O. Box 7571 Boise, ID 83707 for any further
comments.
All private laterals and waste ways mustmust be�rotected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on -site. If any surface drainage leaves the site NMID must review drainage plans.
Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
