Hi Kofi,
The difference between the design of the Dutch Bros. site and the SWIG site is that the parking is accessible on the
Dutch site by a driveway that is separate from that of the drive-through lane. While it may not be as much of an issue for
this user with no walk-up order window, a subsequent user might have a different business plan and serve walk-up
customers.

Hi Sonya,
As I mentioned in my conversation with you today, our plan follows closely with the drive-through pattern of the Dutch
Bros as seen below. The escape lane provided on this site is similar to ours so should be easily approved by the City. The
parking provided on the Swig is for the employees as the building does not have any walk up window to serve any
pedestrians.

(comment@meridiancity.org) and me as soon as possible. If you have a presentation you’d like to present at the public
hearing, please send it to the City Clerk’s office no later than 12:00 pm the day of the hearing.
