PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on
Thursday June 15,2023 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall,33
E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the following
request(s):
H-2023-0022 Black Box VR:Conditional Use Permit approv-
al for Suite 100 to include an indoor recreation facility(Indoor
Virtual Reality Fitness Gym) on 1.325 acres of land in the I-L
zoning district, located at 950 N.Hickory Ave.Applicant:Black
Box VR
H-2023-0018 Ten Mile Costa Vida: Conditional Use Permit
for a new approximate 8,815 foot multi-tennant building that
includes restaurants with a drive-through located within 300
feet of an existing drive-through facility,residential district,and
existing residences on 1.43 acres of land in the C-G zoning dis-
trict,located at 413 S.Innovation Ln.Applicant:Cushing Terrell
H-2023-0025 Loose Screw Brewery: Conditional Use Per-
mit to operate a brewery(food and beverage processing, mi-
nor) as the primary use and a drinking establishment to ex-
tend the operating hours beyond those allowed by the specific
use standards for a brewery(UDC 11-4-3-46)from an existing
8,185 square-foot building on 0.45 acres of land in the O-T
zoning district and an Administrative Design Review(Director
Approval Only) to modify the exterior fagade of the existing
