RE: Pine 43 Fairview Commercial Subdivision I Final Plat Application
We are pleased to submit the enclosed Final Plat Application associated with the Pine 43 Fairview
Commercial Subdivision.JUB Engineering will be representing the landowner, C&O Development,as the
applicant for this request.The property is generally located on the southeast corner of N Webb Way and
E Fairview Ave, in Meridian. Parcel number R7104250566. The proposed final plat for Pine 43 Fairview
Commercial consists of 5 Commercial lots on approxamately 5.308 acres. The average lot size will be
45,945 +/-square feet with a minimum lot size of 27,753+/-square feet. The property is currently
zoned C-G and is located in Ada County.
The specific provisions requested in the final plat application are intended to be addressed in the plat
and construction documents as described below:
■ The final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat.
• The final plat conforms to the applicable provisions of the City of Meridian code.
■ The final plat and development plans conform to best management practices and acceptable
surveying, engineering, and landscape architectural practices, and local standards.
