RE.Pollard Subdivision Preliminary Plat—Time Extension
Dear Mr. Hood:
The Meridian City Council approved the Pollard Subdivision preliminary plat on May 21, 2019;findings
were adopted June 4th, 2019.A two-year preliminary plat time extension was subsequently approved
(TED-2021-0003), providing an expiration date of June 4th, 2023.A final plat was approved by City
Council on September 27, 2022,and we are currently working to get the plat signed, but will not be able
to do so prior to the expiration date.
Construction plans were recently redesigned, submitted and reapproved,as a result, the final plat will
not be approved, as required, within the two years granted by the preliminary plat time extension.
We are now starting the process for plat signatures, but do not believe we will have Meridian's
signature before the expiration.
Therefore,on behalf of SCS Investments LLC,and Smith Brighton Inc,the property owners, I am
requesting a one-year time extension for signature of the Pollard Subdivision final plat.
Respectfully,
Josh Beach
