PROPOSAL / DESCRIPTION
This is a second Time Extension request for Pollard Subdivision. A previous Preliminary Plat Time
Extension was approved in 2021 (TED-2021-0003). Construction plans were recently redesigned,
submitted and reapproved, and as a result, the final plat will not be signed, as required, within the two
years granted by the preliminary plat time extension. We anticipate recording the plat later this year.
