Sonya, I have included the revised rendered site plan that shows the correct number of parking stalls (650) , the future classroom additions, and the potential future relocatable classroom buildings. I have also included a brief letter that outlines the requested modifications to the Staff Report conditions. They focus on the timeline of completion for the work along McMillan and the extension of the Owyhee Storm and Ersatz to the north property line. Hopefully we can discuss this during the hearing. Our revisions focus on the required timing of the improvements to be completed with the initial phase of construction and we respectfully request that they be completed when the entire parcel is fully developed. Page 25 — 1.1.c (Original Requirement) Owyhee Storm Ave and Ersatz Rd shall be constructed the full length of the subject property with the first phase of development and the width/street section required by the Ada County Highway District. Revised: Owyhee Storm Ave and Ersatz Rd shall be constructed to the north side of the proposed development construction limits (48.88 acres) with the first phase of development at the width / street section required by the Ada County Highway District 1.1.d (Original Requirement) All detached sidewalks and multi-use pathways along public streets (i.e. McMillan Rd., Owyhee Storm Ave and Ersatz Rd) shall be constructed in the first phase of development.
