I was on vacation Thursday and Friday of last week and not available for comments. I see that the fencing
exception adjacent to the future high school site is in the revised staff report and the rest correlates with what was
reviewed and discussed with City Staff during our preliminary plat process. After contacting Gene Smith this
morning to make sure that his review went well, I'm anticipating there will be no additional recommendations to
the report for Tuesday's Council Hearing.

Please find attached the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendations and the Staff Report for
the proposed Paramount South 60 Subdivision (AZ-06-026, PP-06-025). These items are scheduled to
be on the City Council agenda on July 25,2006. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E.
