Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on
Thursday June 1,2023 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall,33
E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the following
request(s):
H-2023-0014 SWIG Meridian: Conditional Use Permit for a
drive-through establishment within 300 feet of another drive-
through facility, residential district and existing residences, lo-
cated at 3471 W.Chinden Blvd.Applicant:Bowman
H-2023-0008 Shoemaker Franklin: Annexation of 13.97
acres of land with an I-L (Light Industrial) zoning district, lo-
cated at 5317 W. Franklin Rd.Applicant: Hatch Design Archi-
tecture
