Council will join us at noon (lunch will be provided); we should conclude around 4:30. 1. Discussion of year-end reports I accomplishments I challenges. Directors will be presenting to Council in the afternoon their individual departments 'year-end' accomplishments and on-going challenges (overview). We will discuss how best to structure and re-design year-end reports and strategic plan. 2. Discuss areas offocus (challenges). We will narrow our challenges areas and draft a definition of each for our afternoon session and discuss how each of our departments has responsibility to them. These two items set the structure for our time with Council. We wJII start our afternoon with Council with department reports; provide them with an update on the behaviors catalyst process (Bill, Will, Anna); give them an overview of how the challenges areas were integrated into our strategic plan (Anna - matrix); break out into work groups to discuss 'focus areas' to set initiatives and measurements; conclude by coming back together to discuss each area along with the initiatives and measurements.
