Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on
Thursday,May 18,2023 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall,33
E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the following
request(s):
H-2023-0010 Fourth Street Books- Pearl House Collec-
tive: Rezone of 0.080 acres of land from the R-15 zoning dis-
trict to the O-T zoning district and a Conditional Use Permit for
an outdoor arts,entertainment or recreation facility, located at
909 NE 4th St.Applicant:EV Studio
H-2023-0011 Cole Valley Christian School Pre-K-12: An-
nexation of 71.28 acres of land with an R-15 zoning district and
a Conditional Use Permit for a 259,000 square foot private ed-
