Unless power takes a different route other than they planned we should be in the clear. The conduit path proposed has us on the north side of lot 36 and on the south side of lot 37 and the affected lot line is in between the 2. Note the attachments for reference. James, This is a different issue at a different lot.The developer wants to move the lot line between two residential lots by 0.5-ft. This letter is asking to move the associated side lot utility easements by 0.5-ft to maintain 5-ft wide easements on both sides of the new property line location. Keith H. For our Sky Mesa Highlands Sub No. 1 phase we need to raise the TDS facilities (if any) at Lot 37, Block 1, about 2'.The phase is energized from about Aug 20211 recall. 3 Idaho Power quote, map, and service request attached. I've also included a picture of the dry utilities on this lot—it is a "panhandle" so the utilities feed into the end of the pan handle. Is there TDS facilities on this lot? If so, what do I need to do to get this on your schedule to raise the TDS? Any plan or fees due? Schedule? I plan to proceed with Idaho Power and pay the fees this week. Payment is required before scheduling can occur. This quote is valid for 60 days from today, should this version expire and you wish to have the construction costs re-quoted, it will be subject to change and an additional hour of engineering will be charged per re-quote. It is important to note that any charges for relocation, transfer, or removal of non-Idaho Power facilities are not included within this cost quote; it is the Customer's responsibility to contact any other affected utility and any costs involved on their end will be the responsibility of the Customer as well.
